The Antarctic that we know today is covered in ice and snow, but it wasn't always this way! A long time ago during the Mesozoic Era, Antarctica was a lush, forested area where dinosaurs roamed. We used to think that we would not be able to find dinosaur fossils in polar areas because it would have been too cold for them to survive, but scientists have figured out that the climate would have been much different in the Arctic during the time. Join us as we learn all about the dinosaurs and other animals that lived in Antarctica so long ago, and how scientists are discovering them now!
